The “Women in Business Chair” at Sciences Po is a research and teaching program that aims to identify and understand the internal and external barriers preventing women from accessing leadership positions within companies or launching their own businesses, as well as develop and evaluate measures to reduce these barriers. Additionally, one of the main goals of the Chair is to help women develop entrepreneurial skills, including soft skills.
With the support of Fondation CHANEL the “Women in Business” Chair at Sciences Po will conduct scientific research as well as develop new courses and specialized workshops to support women in developing the essential skills they need to create their own business or advance in their careers. Additionally, the Chair seeks to raise awareness about effective measures that foster women’s entrepreneurship and leadership.
