The Foundation edits the Site whose director of publication is Mrs Miren BENGOA DELALANDE as General Delegate of the Foundation.

The Foundation is the owner of the domain name. The Site is protected by intellectual property laws. The Foundation is likely to collect directly your identifiable personal information, namely via the “Contact Us” form or when you subscribe to Newsletter.
