Promoting job placement and access to economic resources for women who are victims of trafficking

The project

Not for Sale, a non-profit organization based in Amsterdam, helps victims of human trafficking find employment in the restaurant industry, by providing women with training and job opportunities in its social enterprise, Dignita, a restaurant specializing in transitional employment.

The project helps the women regain their self-confidence and improve their technical and soft skills so that, in time, they can achieve economic independence by re-entering the formal job market.

Fondation CHANEL is supporting Not for Sale to increase its resources, improve its business model and expand the scope of its project in the Netherlands.
